The hotel was in a convenient location very close to the center of the village, shops, pubs, and restaurants. Ivy Tower has a bar with local musicians playing on certain nights.- The room had handy amenities like an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Castlebar's town center and various restaurants. Nearby attractions such as Christ Church are just a 10-15 minute walk away. - the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the food is delightful.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with coffee and COVID tea, for instance was not a problem. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodates all of guests' needs. The location of the hotel is perfect, short walk to a shopping Center which is cramped, all the shops and restaurants, and the pub. Also, it's 1 mile away from Royal Theatre.
